Who's Free When?

Welcome to Who's Free When, your very own painless event-planner. I'm Drew Johnson and I wrote this to make your planning pain go away. Have you ever been part of an email chain that goes something like this?

You: Hi friends, we all need to get together for the Really Important Thing. When are you available in the next week?

Sam: I'm free any time.

Anita: Me, too. Except for next Wednesday.

Joey Jo-Jo: I'm out next Wednesday. Any other time is fine.

You: Anita and Joey Jo-Jo, are you busy all day Wednesday?

Anita: I'm free in the morning.

Joey Jo-Jo: Me, too. Wednesday morning works for me.

You: Ok, let's get together next Wednesday morning.

....time passes

Tuesday morning:

Joey Jo-Jo: Sorry, but my niece is turning three-and-a-half tomorrow and there's a big celeberation. Can we meet another time.

* collective groan *

Anita: I cancelled my bowling lesson for this. You can skip the party, can't you?

etc., etc., etc.

I have loads of these sorts of email.

It doesn't have to be like this.
